Listing Appointment
I will create a comparative market analysis (CMA) report (home evaluation) upon your request.
I will also be happy to meet you at your home, see what separates your home from other
homes, and walk you through the paperwork. We can work together to coordinate open houses
and advise you on effective ways to stage your home for sale.
Photography for Putting Up Your Listing
Once your home is staged and ready for photography, I will take photos of your home and put it
up on MLS, my website, Facebook, Instagram, Homesearch, Craigslist, and Facebook
Marketplace.
Showings and Open Houses
Once the listing is up on MLS for potential buyers to view, we will work on arranging
appointments and communicating potential offers to you. We will plan for other considerations
such as pets, tenants. And advertise open house dates until your home is sold for the best deal.
Discuss Offer(s)
Offers are great, but not all of them are good. I will help you review an offer, and discuss all of
the details such as pricing, closing date, inspection items, conditions, paperwork (Form B), etc. I
will help you decide whether to accept, reject or make a counteroffer.
Accepted Offer
Once an offer is accepted, do not hesitate to contact me regarding my recommendations for
lawyers and Notaries that are reliable, expedient and professional. I will also gather all the
documents necessary for you to sign.
